Student Life is heading back to Summer Camp at Liberty University this year for another life-changing experience together! All students will attend the very same camp, but there are two different options this year for the afternoon activities (the couple of hours each day when we are not in our worship/teaching/small group settings). Students may choose to attend either as REC Campers, or as MISSION Campers. Students who attend as REC will spend their afternoon time participating in awesome games, crazy activities, and memorable events as a group. Students who attend as MISSION will spend their afternoon time engaging in meaningful local community service opportunities. Both groups will have multiple adult leaders along with them for their activities. The entire rest of the day (before and after these tracks) we will all be together as one group, sharing in the experience!
If you are a parent of a middle schooler or high schooler, we want to passionately encourage you to plan for your student to attend! We believe that it will be a transformative week for our kids, as well as one that provides growth as individuals and as a group.
The camp will be held at Liberty University from July 9th-July 13th. Each day will include personal quiet time and bible study, morning teaching and worship sessions, evening teaching and worship sessions, as well as small group lessons and discussion time.
$350 / student
$60 deposit due by March 12th
Remainder due June 15th
Transportation, dorm room housing, and all meals are included.
We will have a total of 26 rec spots and 34 mission spots available to us. Spots and afternoon activity preference are based on a first come, first serve basis.
Checks or cash are the preferred form of payment - however, if you would like to make the payment online, you may do so using our online Giving link by selecting "Summer Camp" from the dropdown menu under the Fund category.
Please contact our Student Life Director, Kristy Fry at email@example.com, with any questions or if cost is an issue.
We do not want a single student missing camp due to expense!
We also would ask that you consider sponsoring a student to attend camp, who may not be able to afford it otherwise.
