I grew up in Baltimore, Maryland, and I have been happily married to my lovely wife Noelle since 1990. We have three children—Bethany, Jack, and Joseph—and live in Ruckersville, Virginia. I retired from the Army in 2010 after serving on active duty for 20 years. I currently work as a civilian employee for the Army at Rivanna Station. I graduated from the University of South Alabama in 1997 with a Bachelor of Arts in History, and I graduated from Liberty University in 2016 with a Master of Arts in Theological Studies. I enjoy spending time with my family. We like camping, board games, and lively discussions.
I am blessed to be a member of Legacy Church. I love our focus on building future generations of Christians. The Bible tells us, “One generation shall commend your works to another, and shall declare your mighty acts” (Psalms 145:4). God calls us to teach His truth to future generations.
God has given me a passion to study and teach the Bible—something I am privileged to do as part of a weekly community group gathering. In Legacy Church’s community groups, we strive to live life together as Christians. Most importantly, we seek to glorify God by sharing the good news of Jesus Christ through our words and actions with others in our community. The Bible declares, “For God so loved the world, that he gave his only Son, that whoever believes in him should not perish but have eternal life” (John 3:16).
I hope you will join us as we follow Jesus and demonstrate His love to the world.
